公主街，冬天Rue de la princesse, l’hiver 阿尔弗莱德·西斯莱（Alfred Sisley）油画作品欣赏

   Born in Paris of British parents, Alfred Sisley was always committed to outdoor landscape painting. This winter scene represents, on the left, Sisley's house in the Parisian suburb of Voisins where the artist lived with his wife and two children from 1871 until early 1875. The road and cobbles are covered with either a hoar frost or a light covering of snow. Sisley subtly contrasts the pale blues of the early morning sky with luminous tones of pink and peach. The bare trees are rapidly brushed in with the loose handling that is so characteristic of Sisley and his fellow Impressionist landscape painters.
